Sofia Vergara (51) probably didn't expect this when she signed the contract to portray Griselda Blanco for Netflix. The family of the cocaine godmother, who was shot dead in 2012, is reportedly suing the streaming service. According to TMZ, Vergara is also listed as a defendant in court documents obtained by the celebrity portal.
The new miniseries "Griselda," in which Vergara not only plays the lead role but also serves as an executive producer, is set to premiere on Netflix on January 25. According to TMZ, Blanco's children are seeking to prevent the release. The family has reportedly filed for a restraining order in court.
