Lisa Marie Presley’s Upcoming Memoir, with Daughter Riley Keough as Collaborator
The late American singer and songwriter Lisa Marie Presley's memoir is set to be posthumously released in October 2024, as announced by Random House. Presley initiated work on the memoir long before her passing in January 2023 and enlisted her daughter, actress Riley Keough, to assist in completing the book.
The untitled memoir will delve into various aspects of Presley's life, including her relationship with her father Elvis, her experiences at Graceland, her "complicated" dynamic with her mother Priscilla, her marriages to celebrities Nicolas Cage and Michael Jackson, and the tragic loss of her son, Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide in 2020. The audiobook version of the memoir will be narrated by Keough and feature "never-before-heard recollections" in Presley's own voice.
